1. Employer Plan Fees

  • All plan purchases (Basic Rs99 / Pro Rs199 / Urgent Rs299) are prepaid services
  • Once a plan is activated and job posting is live, the plan fee is non-refundable
  • If a plan is purchased but job was NOT posted within 24 hours, a full refund can be requested
  • Refund requests must be sent to: refunds@kaamdisha.in within 24 hours of payment

2. Technical Payment Failures

  • If payment is deducted from your account but plan is NOT activated - full refund within 5-7 business days
  • Proof of deduction (bank statement or screenshot) must be emailed to: refunds@kaamdisha.in
  • Reference your transaction ID in the refund request

3. Partner Commission

  • Commission earned by partners is non-refundable once credited to UPI
  • Commission disputed cases will be reviewed within 7 business days

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • UPI refunds: within 1-3 business days
  • Card refunds: within 5-7 business days
  • Net banking refunds: within 5-7 business days
